The main field of expertise of Mr. Klucs, within the information technology space, is offshore outsourcing, compliance, project management,  trade-, export-, and business development, industry competitiveness and training. Since 1994 Mr. Klucs has been working as an independent consultant. He has worked in many countries in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union. Since 1999, Mr. Klucs has been working with CBI on supporting IT companies in a wide range of countries in order to improve their competitiveness and assist them to successfully enter the European market.

Sanda Foamete is Senior Manager for Academic and Education Audience at Microsoft Romania since 2003. She is working within Public Sector department and works in cross collaboration with evangelists and social responsibility teams. She manages the Partners in Learning Program, addressed exclusively to K12 system, through its three components: Innovative Schools, Innovative Students, Innovative Teachers.

Has been working in the IT since 1997. Worked in FoxPro, Natural, ADABAS, VBA, Java, C builder, Delphi and then end up in the .NET world with C# since it was first launched in February 2002. During last 7 years created and/or enhanced at least 4 different development frameworks to increase the productivity and the same number of ERPs, troubleshooting the most technical and design issues or the most critical business fields – always getting the job done.

Software Architect, Microsoft Certified Software Engineer with over 9 years experience in IT industry, developing large-scale, distributed, Web based and desktop systems in financial and telecom sectors. Expert knowledge in user interface design, presentation technologies, front-end development; experience in software development using .Net and Java technologies.

Co-founder and Executive Director of CzechINVENT Technology Agency, a non-profit company dedicated to the technological development of the Czech Republic and Czech companies. 1997-2007 worked at CzechInvest, the national investment promotion agency of the Czech Republic: Marketing Director 1997-2001, Director of the UK & Ireland office in London 2001-2005, Director of Investment and Applied Research Support Division 2005-2007. Master’s Degrees in Information Services from Charles University in Prague, in International Relations and European Studies from the Central European University in Prague and Budapest, in Political Economy from the London School of Economics.

One of our leading specialists, QA manager, he joined Allied Testing almost four years ago. For the last two and a half years Alexei has been involved in a number of CRM implementation projects that extensively used agile methodologies. In addition to management of the project at functional and system testing phases, Alexei has also great experience in organizing UAT and ORT sessions at Allied Testing major clients.

Started as Software Developer and having several years of experience in software engineering he joined Allied Testing as a Technical Leader in 2006. In a year Vladimir achieved Project Manager position within the company. Vladimir has around ten scientific publications in the context of IT related areas in his portfolio. He actively participates in different IT and Computer Science related out-of-company activities, both as AT PM and PhD Student.

Bajureanu Vasile has recently joint Acquisition Team of Corporate Sales. Before, he was working in “Value Added Services” Team in Moldcell. Working in Moldcell for almost 4 years he has a vast experience in ofering Corporate Clients customized Mobile Solutions, especially vehicle tracking, GPRS/3G modems, BlackBerry, M2M solutions. Is organizing presentations and training sessions in Moldcel as well as for corporate clients.

I am part of the IT industry for more than 15 years and was involved in many IT projects covering telecommunication, infrastructure and software development/support. In the past 6 years I was mostly involved in the IT outsourcing business and had the opportunity to see how such projects are addressed in different organisations (diverse by their size, business needs and location). Currently I am leading one of the biggest IT outsourcing company from Moldova (which is present on the local market for nearly 10 years already) delivering IT services to an array of international and local customers.

Holger Haljand, EMT TeliaSonera (Estonia)

Holger Haljand is working in TeliaSonera for 10 years in mobile VAS, data and content services; services and business developments. He was working on mobile services development and management, processes and projects on national and international level. Mr Haljand is currently working in EMT Estonia with intense relations to other TeliaSonera Nordic countries subsidiaries.

Annette Trawnicek is the Enterprise Services Sales Manager for the European Emerging Markets region in Hewlett Packard, caring for all IT Consulting, System Integration and Outsourcing services offering in 11 Southern European countries. She brings 16 years of sales, business development and marketing experience in the Central European IT industry and has been responsible for sales and delivery of the major large public sector IT projects in HP EEM in the last 6 years.

Marin a absolvit Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova la specialitatea Cibernetică şi Informatică Economică, are studii postuniversitare la Academia de Studii Economice Bucureşti şi studii de doctorat la Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova. Este membru ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association) şi auditor certificat al sistemelor informaţionale (CISA – Certified Information Systems Auditor). A activat în cadrul BNM şi în cadrul BC Victoriabank SA. Marin dispune de o experienţă de peste 6 ani în domeniul TI, auditului TI, managementului TI, a securităţii informaţiei şi gestiunea proiectelor TI. Specializarea sa este organizarea funcţiei de audit intern al TI, optimizarea proceselor TI, auditul sistemelor de management al securităţii informaţiei. Dispune de vastă experienţă de audit al sistemelor informatice, in special al sistemelor de plăţi electronice. Cunoaşte în profunzime cadrul legal şi de reglementare aferent sistemului bancar din R. Moldova.
